The library of the Institute for Political Science and European Affairs has been operated together with the Business Administration Library of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne since 2023.

The library's collection is focussed on the institute's research areas and includes over 32,000 books and journals (many are also available in electronic form) as well as specialist and factual databases on political science. The library team offers counselling and training on researching literature and data as well as on academic work. A variety of well-equipped study and work places complete the offer.
