Since October 20224, the library holdings of the Institute for Political Science and European Affairs have been bundled together with those of the other libraries of the Faculty of Economics and Social Sciences at the University of Cologne at one central location, the Economics Library (in future WiSo Library).

The collection is focussed on the institute's research areas and includes over 32,000 books and journals (many of which are also available in electronic form) as well as specialist and factual databases on political science. The library team offers counselling and training on researching literature and data as well as on academic work. A variety of well-equipped study and work places complete the offer.
